Unlike a ball gag, a ring gag leaves the mouth open rather than filled. It's a favourite for submission and display play: the wearer can't close their mouth, but there's nothing pressing on the tongue.

The doubled ring spreads the pressure over a wider area than a single ring, making it steadier and more comfortable to hold. The strap buckles at the back of the head and can be adjusted in a few seconds.
