Size guide
Find your fit.
A good fit is secure when soft and comfortable when hard. Measure once, then compare with the ring sizes on each listing. It takes two minutes with a soft tape measure or a strip of paper.
How to measure
- Measure when soft and relaxed, at a comfortable room temperature (not cold, and not straight out of a hot bath). Measure a few times over a day or two and use the usual result.
- Wrap a soft tape or strip of paper around the base, behind the testicles, where the ring will sit. Snug but not tight. That length is your circumference.
- Pop it in below and we'll tell you which ring size to buy.

Checking the fit
- Soft: you can slide a fingertip between the ring and your skin.
- Hard: it feels tight but not painful, and you go back to soft on your own.
- After 30 minutes: normal colour and warmth, with no numbness or tingling.
- Between sizes? Go for the larger ring. A support harness steadies a slightly loose fit; a tight ring can't be fixed.
- Every cage is different. Ring sizes and shapes vary from brand to brand, so always check the sizes on the listing. Cages that come with several rings let you swap until it feels right.
Remove straight away if you feel pain, numbness, coldness or discolouration. Build up wear time slowly and don't sleep in a new cage until you've worn it comfortably while awake. Still not sure? Email us before you order and a real person will help you pick.
