Breathable Silicone Ball Gag

An all-silicone ball gag with a hollow, breathable ball, built for comfort as well as control.

• Soft, body-safe silicone ball and strap
• Hollow ball with a breathing channel through the centre
• Wide silicone base plate sits comfortably against the lips
• Smooth silicone strap with polished metal buckle, fully adjustable
• Wipe-clean and waterproof: no leather to stain or crack

Most ball gags are a solid ball on a leather strap. This one is a step up: the ball and strap are both soft silicone, and a channel through the ball lets air pass so breathing feels easier and less restrictive.

The flared base plate spreads the pressure across the mouth instead of the corners of the lips, and the smooth strap won't pinch or rub. It buckles at the back of the head with electroplated hardware and adjusts in seconds.

Safety first: the breathing hole helps, but the wearer must always be able to breathe freely through the nose. Never use it with a cold or blocked nose. Agree a non-verbal safe signal before you start (e.g. dropping an object or three taps), never leave anyone alone while gagged, and keep sessions short. Remove at once if there's any discomfort, nausea or difficulty breathing. Wash with warm soapy water before and after each use.
